We remind you that, even if you proceed to unsubscribe from said commercial communications, you may continue to receive communications from TEP regarding the administrative management of the Services that you have contracted, security alerts, changes in our conditions and policies and other communications necessary for the development of the contractual relationship that we maintain with you or to resolve requests and petitions that you send us through the means that we make available to you.

 

  • Right to file a claim with the Control Authority

  • Closing your account and withdrawal

To withdraw from the contracted Programs you must follow the procedure indicated in our Terms and Conditions. In the event that you desist and/or request cancellation (closure of your account) by sending an email to hola@TEP.com, you will lose the right to use any benefits or services that you may have active on the date of cancellation. and/or have contracted previously.

In the event that you request withdrawal or cancellation, we will be able to keep all your personal data for a period necessary to guarantee the exercise of our processes, our legal obligations and resolve possible disputes.

All your personal data will be processed and kept to the extent strictly necessary to comply with the law or for the purposes that we have described to you. Once the data is cancelled, we will be able to keep it for a period necessary to be able to guarantee the exercise of our processes and our legal obligations and resolve disputes.
